Solution retrospective

Hey good people. I ended up having buggy and spaghetty JavaScript code here. The culprit - I think - is that I did not formulate a plan. What I'm asking from the community is:

  1. Of course a look at my JavaScript code and
  2. Suggesting a better way I could have architectured/designed it, and then for something general
  3. What resources would you recommend for designing better JavaScript code?
