Interactive comments section with React and tailwindcss

Hi all,

Just finished my first project here. It was a real challenge in several ways. I struggled with the responsive aspects of the components, specially the moving buttons. The structure of the data also wasn't really easy to work with and probably would have done it some other way, but I wanted to use it as it was. Nevertheless, I managed to find a working solution for both things, although I'm pretty sure it's far from optimal.

If anyone have any considerations, please let me know. Thanks!
