Interactive Rating Component

I struggled with this one. I couldn't get my radio buttons to have some spacing, I tried gap and marginbut it would end up effecting the element on mobile view. An improvement here would be greatly appreicated

I also couldn't manage to get my dynamic-text border in my thank-you section to have a smaller width.

Naturally, I'm glad I finished this but major improvements need to be made which I will do.

On a positive, I did end up removing quite a few unnecessary styles and markup which I think will please some of the mentors in our community.

Any improvements/suggestions will be greatly appreciated
