Interactive Rating Component - HTML, CSS, JS, FLEX

Please review my solution!

I had some trouble with the JS portion of this and had to review how other people approached this challenge. Once I got an idea of how I could tackle targeting elements, it was a lot easier. Google searches for "javascript how to xxxx" really helped as well.

I was really unsure if I was following best practices for my HTML, CSS, and JS. I would always second guess myself with HTML semantics, reusing CSS, and whether or not to add another JS file just for the submit button.

I would appreciate any feedback on best practices and what you would have done different with my solution.
