I haven't used the DOM API for a while, do you think the javascript is well structured and the way I have done the interaction is the most optimal / comfortable to read?

I haven't used sass for a while, have I exploited it well? Do you think it can be better used to optimize styles?

I don't have any more specific questions but any feedback is welcome!
