A solution to the IP Address Tracker challenge

Solution retrospective

This is my first project utilizing APIs and also JS Promise. I'm still having difficult to arrange the codes to minimize potential failure since there are many places where there is a need for one process to wait until another process success which sometimes it doesn't wait. I'm still need more practice on JS Promises.
