Kevin Powell's channel on youtube has some good tips and advice for when to use px, rem, em or %. He also have a ~20 days free course in his website which explains responsivity very clearly: https://courses.kevinpowell.co/view/courses/conquering-responsive-layouts/. It's very good, but you can not take the full course in one day, you have to wait day by day
Also, for this specific project, I don't recommend to wrap the divs like you did before it turns in one column-design
