Kanban task management web app (React, TS, Tailwind, Zustand, shadcn)

Solution retrospective
I chose this challenge to enhance my skills as a front-end developer and to learn how to use Tailwind CSS and Shadcn. Developing this app from scratch has been quite an experience.
I also implemented the drag-and-drop functionality and local storage bonuses. These features proved to be invaluable, as they presented challenges that I might not have encountered otherwise. Overcoming these obstacles taught me a great deal.
I’m proud of my perseverance in sticking with the project and seeing it through to completion. Each feature I added brought a sense of accomplishment and was incredibly rewarding.
While I learned a lot by discovering complexities as I went along, I could have saved time by doing more thorough planning upfront.
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?Initially, I began developing this app as a desktop-only application, under the impression that adding responsiveness for tablet and mobile devices later would be straightforward. However, I couldn't have been more mistaken. That refactor turned out to be quite tedious. Lesson learned.
