Solution retrospective

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I genuinely want to use CSS for most of my animations and minimize my reliance on JavaScript. Don’t misunderstand me; I’d love to continue learning JavaScript and mastering the language. However, for most tasks, particularly those related to animations, transitions, and user effects, the capabilities of CSS are now sufficient.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Animating from height: x number; to height: auto; is a real pain in the butt. There’s an amazing new way that’s been developed, but unfortunately, Bowser support isn’t the best, so you’ll have to find a workaround. There are many ways to solve the issue, so I could potentially solve it quite quickly.
