NFT Preview Card

It's been a while since I've practiced HTML and CSS, so I decided to get back into it with this challenge.

One thing I was unsure of was whether to use an actual element or a pseudo-element for the image hover effect. I settled with using an anchor tag wrapped around a div because I was thinking about how the functionality would be used. Seems like clicking on the image hover effect would take you to another theoretical page with more information about the NFT. That may be me reading too much into things though.

Any suggestions to improve my code are always welcome!
