Notifications page created using Next.js and Sass

This was my first time using SCSS. I found it useful at times, but also sometimes it felt a bit unnecessary. I imagine with a more complex site it can be efficient, but overall pretty good learning experience. I also used small transitions and animations for the responsive portions of the page. I eventually want to get better at condensing my CSS.
