A solution to the Notifications page challenge

Solution retrospective

Any feedback welcome as always. I feel like I use px sizes for elements too much so if anyone could point me to some resources of how to properly size elements, that would be great.

UPDATE: Have now added JS, I didn't see that part of the task description previously. Also the HTML and accessibility issues have been fixed.
