Solution retrospective

Hello guys. I wanted to ask a question as is it important to create webpages so responsive that it fits even screens which have sizes such as 200px or 250px.Because those are so small and I am not sure if it is so so important. Feedbacks are more than welcome for me:)And also I think I am not able to create the shadow of the first button in the demanded way:(
