Nicely done, looks quite similar to the original design.
If you can get the card vertically centered, then it would be exactly the same as the original design.
To center the card vertically, you can either use flexbox/grid or make the card absolute to the body & use the top & left 50% trick, however, it is not recommended since it takes the element out of the normal flow of the webpage!
