Solution retrospective

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Most proud of being able to get back to typescript in Vite

  • I haven't used Vite an a while, been working with Next mostly
  • It took a little while to remember all the differences, but it was fun

What would I do differently

  • I didn't follow best practices with my git branches or commits and would like to get batter at using git
What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Challenges

  • Finding all the icons for my buttons
  • Creating the tailwindcss setup files for the design correctly

Overcome

  • I was able to do some searches on react-icons to find all of the icons I want to use
  • I used a combination of the TailwindCSS documentation and Ai searching to setup the index.css for the design
What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Areas for help

  • I think the design is outdated and could use a refresh
    • I would like to setup a version for both a light and dark mode
    • I would like to learn more about design so that I can use this in my personal portfolio as an "all links" tab

I am always open to collaborate and welcome constructive criticism, maybe you see something that I can improve that I didn't notice. Remember, ask questions - it's the only way to learn.
