What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

lower part of "Notify me" button was unclickable, until i added position: relative. here is the selector button[type='submit'] if anyone can help with root cause.

there is no overlap from any positioned element as observed from console, but this fix worked. button element has a sibling that has position relative, with an absolutely positioned child. can't see how it can affect button.
