Hi I really like your code, it's clear and easy to understand.:) I have a few questions I'd like to ask you. How did you learn JS? I find the syntax not too difficult to understand, but I'm unsure of how and when to use it, and this has been a struggle for me for a while. How long did it take for everything to become easy for you? Also, how did you learn, and do you have any recommended methods? Thank you.:)

Thank you for your kind words!

I learned JS two ways, the first was with Scrimba which is an awesome (and free) way to learn.

The second way was the same thing you are doing, making projects, a lot of them. Coding is like learning any new language all the books and tutorials are good but until you start speaking in it everyday and having real conversations you will never get good at it. The fact that you are making projects and actively looking to improve says that you are on your way :)

As for it being easy for me the truth is that it isn't. As soon as I get ok at doing something I step up my game and add in a new skill that adds to the base skill I'm working on. For JS it took me around three months to start feeling like I was ready to start learning the next layer (React), but keep in mind that I already knew a programming language- G-code, a very low level programming language used with CNC machines. So while that application was is very different I already had the core programming concepts down.

If you want to team up and pair program a project together, or just talk shop, connect with me on LinkedIn and we'll set something up. - @Eileenpk

@Eileenpk I will definitely take a look at Scrimba and at the same time work on more projects. Thank you again for your kind help.:)
