What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Tracking the time spent working on a project is an important developer skill. In this project, I used the "Productivity checker" plugin for VS Code. It calculates well, but its statistic is not fully developed. Productivity checker counted 16 hours of work on the code. In the next project, I will try "CodeTime".
