    Tu código es bueno. Como recomendación, yo dejaría el atributo alt vacío (sin contenido) de la etiqueta img del carrito de compras para que los lectores de pantalla omitieran esa etiqueta, ya que no me parece relevante para el contenido. Esto sobre el tema accesibilidad. Todo lo demás correcto👌.
