Solution retrospective

I am a beginner in web development, this is my first project that I have done using HTML and CSS ; I found difficulty in adding responsiveness to the website. I have a bit confusion for which units to go for i.e pixels, em, rem and %(mainly pixels or percentage for the responsiveness of the website. )
