Solution retrospective

This component is responsive with respect to desktop only for now. For the background I have written Css instead of using the bg-patterns using color gradients. The card component is responsive but the background is not, would like for tips that could make it responsive like card component. Any other feedback will be considered, to make the code more efficient.
