Solution retrospective

I'm a absolute beginner for web development. So my first question is, is there any particular way to type CSS codes rather than my way of coding? (I mean specific structure or something.) So my second question is currently I've used bootstrap.min.css and bootstrap.min.js files. The minified versions of bootstrap. Are there any more bootstrap files should I link to my future html pages?
