Solution retrospective

I am a very new beginner so feedback is appreciated! I am not sure how to align the background to make the bubbles exactly the position in the example? There is 2 overlayed backgrounds so I wasnt sure how to move them around independently in CSS. I used bootstrap for this, as I don't know CSS grids but looking back i think CSS grid or flexbox would be a better option.
