Solution retrospective

I find it difficult to replicate the two background svg's position. Can anyone tell me how to exactly same as given.

    You can take a look at my code: https://www.frontendmentor.io/solutions/profile-card-component-made-using-scss-and-bem-fPvKcawua I've done this using position:fixed - it doesn't show scroll bars when image is out of the main screen size
