The path to your image source is incorrect in your HTML. It should be <img src="./image-qr-code.png" alt=""> as your image on github is not in an images folder.

I not know the page is brokken in netlify.app. If I open the index.html, the page from the challenges is really good, but if I open the page in netlify not show the QR code (the best important). I will try to perform the challenge again later, maybe i can this error. Sorry for my English, i am from Argentine.
