  Your Solution looks pretty good. I am still very novice so I really cant judge what is here. From what i understand though is that using only the div on a page like this is fine considering there is much for a screen reader to read and what-not.. I personally always use semantic tags.. but you have all of yours clearly classed and i think the end result looks pretty dead on..
