QR Code Component Using Flexbox and Modern CSS

Solution retrospective
This was pretty basic, but I enjoyed using the new CSS nesting specs.
My questions:
- Are there "better practices" for fluid responsive design? Is there a way better than just setting various breakpoints?
- I found it difficult to match the actual size of things to the design. Any tips on that?
