1 Да семантический HTML присутствует например такие теги как main footer

2 Для узких екранов этот макет не подойдет потому что текст внутри контейнера не зависит от ширины и высоты контейнера,по этому при уменьшении высоты контейнера текст выходит за пределы контейнера

3 Не совсем на узких экранах контейнер ломается и текст выходит за пределы

4 Да код вполне неплохо структурирован семантический и понятный

5 Не правильно подобран размер текста для описания и заголовка и сам контейнер карточки больших размеров

Nice solution. I think you should move the copyright section a bit lower, so it doesn't stick directly to the main component.
