rating buttons - checked and hover background only with css

A solution to the Interactive rating component challenge

Solution retrospective

Was a bit challenging to implement rating buttons to change their background-color if selected and when hovered over it, but at the end I learned how to implement it and I'm very glad.

I already modify the thankyou-section but git didn't deployed it yet...

Happy to recive any opinion or suggestion.
