Hi everyone!!

I have started learning React and this is my first challenge to practice. Any feedback is welcome so I can improve, I have the feeling that my code and organization is quite messy.

The function I created to calculate age doesn't always return an accurate result and I'm not very clear on how to handle this. I need to give it a spin to improve it, so any ideas would be great.
