Responsive advice generator with pure css & vanilla javascript

I had a lot of fun tackling this challenge! It seems simple but there are some tricky parts. After I completed the challenge, I looked at how others did it, and I got inspired by new ideas.

So then I added two more features:

1. Add a loading screen while waiting for the data to display
2. Add a countdown timer on the randomize button before allowing the user to generate another advice
