Solution retrospective
-Still learning React and Next.js, so not sure if a lot of this is "best practice". -Had trouble with adding dynamic styles to bars, and resorted to using inline styles to make them work. -Ran into an issue with the popover on the tallest bar shrinking the height of the bar to fit in so that it hovers just over the top, and ended up not able to figure it out.
