Responsive interactive rating component

With more knowledge that I'm working on acquiring I would like to go back and rebuild the rating section using a form with custom radio button inputs instead of the fieldset an unordered list approach I took

Any feedback on accessibility, semantic use, setup, css, js, anything to help my future self produce better code. Haven't gone in and done any aria label attributes or such yet haven't really learned much on that yet in the lesson plan so once i acquire a better understanding I will come back and implement aria attributes into the solution.
