A solution to the IP Address Tracker challenge

Solution retrospective

5th Challenge !!!

I found many difficulties to build side features :

React usestate not directly update (not fixed yet)
Fail deployment on netlify/amplify (fixed, problem on localstorage implementation. but function become worst, please check it yourself)
React three fiber lighting for starter animation (fixed, but I didnt include it in this build. I will implement it for next project)

Anyway... feel free to give me any feedback.
