Solution retrospective

I'm still learning how to make a proper responsive website using html and css. This project is made by only two things (HTML and CSS) I know. I didn't designed for responsive layout since I don't feel like the project is simple. It would be better if you can check it out and tell me my errors and how to make a better version. Thanks
