Positioning SVG file

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a responsive web design and I'm having trouble positioning an SVG file at the top of the page on smaller screens. I've tried using media queries and changing the flex-direction property of the container element, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to position an SVG file at the top of a responsive design? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
