Responsive page with decorations that move with screen size

A solution to the Chat app CSS illustration challenge

Solution retrospective

The layout responds well to both mobile and desktop, the trick I used to have the decorations in the background move accordingly is setting a positive vw value and a negative vh value, the objects are both positioned absolutely and move decently as the pages gets smaller
