Those long sentences make no sense as h3s. They are just paragraphs, part of the same quote
Consider using figure elements and blockquotes in this, blockquotes especially would be more meaningful elements for this content.
And it is important to change the alt text on the peoples images. Alt shouldn't say words like "image" or "picture" because they are already on an img element. Instead, just use the person's name
