Responsive todo app with vanilla javascript

I have written this app using vanilla JavaScript. The todos persist on the page even after a refresh. You can retrieve deleted todos from the recycle bin. When you add a todo, complete it, or delete it, a notification will appear in the lower right corner of the page.
