Responsive w/ 2 breakpoints, flexbox layout

Solution retrospective
Staggering the three ratings and review boxes presented a little challenge.
Adding responsiveness had some challenges. I used LT Browser to check for responsiveness on a variety of devices. I found that the layout looked odd on very large monitors, so I added an extra breakpoint to resize my main element to width: 60vw.
Overall I am happy with the solution and am feeling more comfortable with mobile-first design and using breakpoints to achieve the best layout on a variety of devices.
