REST Countries API

First time using React.

Additional features:

• Loading css skeleton(all pages)
• Reload/shuffle button (re-orders countries)
• Blurred background for different-ration flags

Things I would like to change:

• Want to add moon and sun icons to the theme switch
• Want to add per page filter (only styling left)
• Theme management (on first load the theme toggle is in the wrong position)
• Need to configure netlify redirects

I would appreciate if you could suggest some resources to check out on learning react, and actually everything.
