Your solution looks great however I think that your search bar need some margin from the top and bottom
In terms of accessibility issues simply wrap all the content between main tags

@TheCoderGuru Hey! Thanks a lot for the encouragement and feedback. Since I put my mind into JS part more this time, my styles are not quite close to the design. By the way, I would still like to implement search and filter at the same time, lets say filter by region and then search for country by name. Do you happen to know how? Or if you know any resources on this, I'd really appreciate if you could share. I've googled all day long but still couldn't find any good resources to guide me implement that. Thanks a lot!
