Solution retrospective

I learned a lot about React Router v6.x and know more about state management having completed this challenge. There is still some CSS refactoring necessary but I was just excited to get my solution out there! *I found inspiration for a jumping off point from https://github.com/codu-code/frontend-mentor-countries-api.
