Solution retrospective

I am new to react.js. trying to make the same design. this is not a full solution there is two-part not working for now but in future, I will fix it. which part currently not working part one search by region and show many region names are the same. if you can be done these parts please feedback. if there spelling mistakes or incorrect forgive me.
