Solution retrospective

This is my second time in submitting the Rest Countries API solution. There are some major changes such as adding data query and caching for improved performance and some bug fixing. Hope you like it and can you help review my code and give me suggestions? I'm not sure the code that I am using are the best practices. Thankyou and Happy Coding!
