Solution retrospective

May I ask if the reliance on external css for my project solution is an issue? I wasn't comfortable with bootstrap and other internal css frameworks yet so I chose to do everything externally. What are some useful CSS frameworks that I can use to make the app more scalable and reduce the amount of code required? It was already a hassle coding the CSS for 2 viewports sizes, I can't imagine having to do so for multiple viewports. Any advice would really be appreciated! Thanks!
