A solution to the Social proof section challenge

Solution retrospective

Struggled a lot with background positioning. How could I do it more efficiently?

Here, it looks ok for (1366 px to above) and looks fully responsive for the mobile devices that has a width of 375 px or lower. But, It is not responsive for the devices that has width of greater than 375 px. Using media queries I could make it more responsive. But, What are the other ways where I could make it more responsive without the help of media query?
