Hi Maryam,
I really like your design. The only problem in the desktop view is size, the lack of a background and that it isn't centered.
What I like to do is give the <main> element a min-height of 100vh and also give it a display of flex. That way I can center the section in the middle to look like the example.
Aside from that, if you incorporate the background, I think it'll look a lot better.
