Solution retrospective

I had problems putting my photo in there because of the z-index relative to the other elements.

I'm mostly unsure about how I managed to handle the form styles and delays before submitting the form twice (or more) to prevent spamming the API.

How can I handle that properly?

Sorry if my solution hides some things on the design, have shifted the style a bit to something I like more so I can personally use it. Feel free to ask
