I really like your solution and it's one of the best I've seen so far for this challenge. Your design is almost pixel perfect and the responsive design works as expected.
Your folder and file structure looks pretty good to me.
If you want to become more advanced, I suggest looking into SCSS / SASS, BEM methodology, and 7-in-1 folder architecture
